amp + Speakers? On a busa? *pics* under $60!

amp powers speakers pretty well...sounds clear upto 60mph!

You do realize that in order for you to hear it at 60mph, you are probably broadcasting your tunes to every person within eyesight, right? You should get a subwoofer and some 22" rims to complete the package.

Why not just get some in-helmet speakers? Surely they would be more effective, no?

i used some 2 infinity kappas and 2 sonys running of an elf audio amp and bass cap! i can hear it goin over90mph. sounds great and clear!1

I've recently done this myself and found all the right stuff to use. . here's some pics. . Sounds great. . I have my exhaust removed and I can still hear it up to 80 . . at that point the wind and the bike just become too loud. . But other than that is AMAZING and EVERYBODY loves it

the speakers are 4 inch alpine type S speakers if my memory serves me correctly and I am using a poly planar mz100 amplifier. .easily fits underneath rear seat or anywhere just about. . its roughly 4 inches by 5 inches by 1 inch. . and am running an rca cable extension and then an rca to phone jack conversion to connect my ipod. . sounds GREAT and best thing is that the amplifier comes with its own volume control knob so no trying to fiddle with your ipod to just turn down the volume. I mounted it by the right speaker but it is covered up by the brake lever in the close up picture.

i like the idea you got goin there. make sure to let us known how it all turns out with the sound and quality of the setup youre using.

Not my cup of tea guys, but I can certainly appreciate the effort and time you are taking to make your bike your own. Keep up the good work and let us know how it turns out. :beerchug:

looks and sounds amazing guys. . if i could upload video on here then i'd show you all how it sounds. . does anyone know how to do that?
