Ive kicked a few cars in my day while on 2 wheels and slung some nickels with under toss of the left arm Material damage doesnt equal risking a human life.
This is considered attempted murder with a deadly weapon in my opinion. This could have turned out bad,, ,law states here in Tennessee that you can use deadly force if someone threatens you with a deadly weapon.

The lovely little country I come from. If you are gonna kick a car like that you better have a gun in hand. Because, the one in the car most of the times has at least a baseball bat or machete.!! He pushed his luck too far!! As far as the cops go. By the time they show up at the scene, your dead body is gonna be on tv. Reporters are almost always there before anybody else. Just another point of view. I know a lot of you guys are only familiar with united states.

That was rediculous.Why in the hell did she try to run him over then try to ram him into a parked car.I would have went off on her for sure.I too am a hot head and dont stop untill I am pulled off.That guy is lucky he walked away alive or unhurt.

Just for arguments sake, what if she had her baby in a carseat in the car, and then the guy kicked it...and it was your wife and child?

I'd be pissed off at my wife for creating the situation and putting my child in danger, but I'd be real pissed at the rider too....Not taking woman's side here, just curious if it would change anyone's opinion...

He was still on the bike when he kicked the car, so there shouldn't have been any real threat yet. Now if he had pulled a gun, that would be a different story.
I think she could have had baby Jesus in the passenger seat and there still was no reason for attempted murder..
