another Harley rider story for your enjoyment

[Lurch]

A Harley biker is riding by the zoo in Washington , DC when he sees a little girl leaning into the lion's cage.

Suddenly, the lion grabs her by the cuff of her jacket and tries to pull her inside to slaughter her, under the eyes of her screaming parents.

The biker jumps off his Harley, runs to the cage and hits the lion square on the nose with a powerful punch.
...
Whimpering from the pain the lion jumps back letting go of the girl, and the biker brings her to her terrified parents, who thank him endlessly.

A reporter has watched the whole event. The reporter addressing the Harley rider says, 'Sir, this was the most gallant and brave thing I've seen a man do in my whole life.'

The Harley rider replies, 'Why, it was nothing, really, the lion was behind bars. I just saw this little kid in danger and acted as I felt right.'

The reporter says, 'Well, I'll make sure this won't go unnoticed. I'm a journalist, and tomorrow's paper
Will have this story on the front page... So, what do you do for a living and what political affiliation
Do you have?'

The biker replies, 'I'm a U.S. Marine and a Republican.'

The journalist leaves.

The following morning the biker buys the paper to see news of his actions, and reads, on the front page:

"US MARINE ASSAULTS AFRICAN IMMIGRANT AND STEALS HIS LUNCH !!"

I heard the reporter interviewed the victim in this case, the victim reported that he was a King in his country and was illegally detained on the the battlefield, accused of terrorizing and killing the local denizens of the Savana. Caputured, caged like an animal, accused of being a non uniformed illegal enemy combatant, and ultimately a victim of rendition, eventually ending up imprisoned in NY. A victim of continual taunts, jeers and persecution based soley on his fierce appearance. He also claims he's not been afforded any due process and remains behind bars a political prisoner.

Most excellent. On both counts, it is the truth.

I work with Libs all day. They whine, cry and pout about how BHO is not allowed to do as he pleases. And how wonderful he is, and his wonderful policies.

I am about to throw up. One that has given me a ride to work was telling me of the goodness from BHO. I asked ahim to tell me what BHO has done that is good for the country. He stated we don`t have that long for me to tell them. It has been two weeks, nothing yet.

It is very hard for a Lib to tell you what good BHO has done. They voted for him because they didn't want 4 more years of GWB. Well, 2 years later and it seem like GWB is still in office. I don't see what you non-Libs are upset about unless you didn't like GWB either!!!

that's why he arrived late and gave the lion a chance to actually grab the girl...he would have been there in time to stop the girl from even getting near the cage if he had been on a Busa

semi I was sitting here reading the responses and thought same thing. Had he been on a Busa he would have been there before the lion grabbed her.
