Been lurking here long enough ( since Sept 05) and decided to finally post. This is a great place here and is filled with good info.
I bought a new 'o5 Busa in Sept. and I love it.
Sold my Harley last Spring to buy some land and went all summer with no bike. That sucks. Started checking out bikes online and found the Busa and had to have one. Paid 9945.00 out the door locally and 1800 miles later here I am!
The transition from a Harley hardtail shovelhead to a sportbike was a little weird but i like it much more now than when I took it home. My back says "ahhhh".
Started riding around age 8 on a sears minibike and at twelve my oldest brother got a Yamaha DT 250 and learned the clutch.... At 16 I got my learners permit and drivers license on a Triumph tiger 650. Sold that around 1990 or so. Bought a '76 Harley superglide around '93 and rode/ rebuilt it nonstop.
Anyway here's the old Harley........ well no it isn't because my pic is too big. How to resize??
