16: Merge onto SOUTH ST toward HUDSON AVE. 0.6 miles Map

17: End at Peekskill, NY US  Map
18. Rest area will be on your left hand side at top ,Be Carefull making left into lookout area oncoming traffic isusally fast..

i dont think this is the rest area at the top .


there are so many rest areas in the bear mountain area that we all might end up at different ones .bear mountain is a big tourist spot and surronded by rest stops

once you are in bear mountain park you can easily  find the top or ask for directions
