Install is going good, but slow. Too many friends together working on it, so we work a little and BS alot :) They didn't include the map for my PCII, so if anybody has it, or can give me the e-mail address of somebody who might (install will be done tomorrow morning and I wanna ride!) I'd really appreciate it!

Bought the PC2 elsewhere, but they new that so I figured they would put it on a disk or something. Don't see why Dynojet won't carry it on there site. It's not as if it's any use without the turbo to go with it. If I keep it out of the boost, will I be allright until I can dig up a map?

I have the powercommander program ,it came with my kit. I just got done with the install two major things wrong with it the tank doesnt close and the thing smokes like a mother f***er on the gas ,its 11pm and I just took the turbine apart Ill have more info tomorow when I call them ,e-mail me if you want cpljamie@aol.com

Send me an e-mail when you get this. Had the smoking problem too, and solved that (pinched breather hose). My tank doesn't close either! Not sure what's up with that. I'll be up for another hour or so, so drop me a message.

...other problems I had were the turbine not spinning. We pre-oiled it, but it was to tight to rotate still. Ended up firing up the bike so the oil pump ran, then got a air drill with a 8mm bit and spun it up for 10 seconds or so. Turns very easy now. Quite a few of the lines are too short to route (especially oil and one of the fuel). They're in, but can't attach to anything. The little oil pump makes a tremmendous racket when it's on, but it is working. My boost guage has a huge air bubble in it, don't think its supposed to be that way, and no instructions for mounting the guage, the oil pump, whatever the deal is with the tank, how to adjust the boost or tell what the current level is, or how the old PAIR bracket was suppose to fit behind the turbo. My bike is up and running around, but I don't have the correct map or know how much boost it's set for, so I'm keeping the revs down. Took it up to 6k in second once, feels like a truck hit you from behind! Lots of power!

The turbo does not spin freely because it has a carbon seal in it. This seal makes it possible to use the turbo in a draw thru application but at the cost of lots of friction.I heard there is supposed to be some spacers that go under the tank mounting bolts up front to keep the tank above the stuff. Its just what I heard. Its probably set for about 6-7 psi..if you want to adjust your boost level do it by unscrewing the wastegate screw. As for knowing what your boost level is when riding should have bought a tell tale...will hold the highest boost pressure you have reached during a ride( a must). It will take some time for the turbo to spin really free but it will never spin like the modern turbos do.
good luck
