If the dealer tech gave it the test ride, which mine did, and the added mileage really pissed me of. OKAY okay, it was only four miles, I'm a nut. Then, you're going through what I went through the first couple of days. This camshaft doesn't like low-rpm slip outs. Just doesn't. The clutch rattles a bit when cold and in neutral, the motor surges a bit when the cold idle lever is pulled all the way on. When warm, mine still makes a bit of chain noise at idle, but that's about it. When you get more comfortable, you'll lean the throttle into the friction zone, moderate the clutch against it, and accomplish takeoffs better. I'm still trying to settle the issue of, "Oh crap, I closed the throttle", as I make rolling stoplight right turns. It's just finesse after that to keep from launching, or jerking......"She's sensitive".
Getting the hang of things nonetheless.
If I can get it, "anyone" can get it.
