Anyone know if the Expedition can run on gasohol?

56.00 my last fill up. 98 Expedition, I feel your pain.
It's people like you guys that have these monster SUV's that are the cause of the gasoline usage constantly going up. I pity none of you. Sorry, I don't.

Sorry to come off so mean, but it's true. I have a friend who works in Raw Energy and he's up to date on all the current affairs with Gasoline, Natural Gas, and Electricity. He told me gas usage has gone up 1.4% from last years usage ... IIRC, not sure how accurate that is, but I know it's an increase.

So all you guys that feel the need to pimp those big SUV's, you're the ones causing us all this pain. So like I said, I don't have pity for ya. I'm selling my midsize SUV for a econobox soon. They figure if we continue using it at $2.50 a gallon, then we'll pay more because our usage hasn't dropped. It's basic business 101.
I'm loving it and in a sick sort of way I hope it hits $5.00 + bucks a gallon then we won't have to worry as much about some cell phone yacking bimbo running us down in her Lincoln Navigator which has never been off road, let alone towed a boat or snowmobile trailer.

So many people in this country are over extended due to easy credit their bling lifestyle is about to come crashing down over something as stupid as gas prices.

Yeaaaa! I've been approved for that really expensive house that I can't afford after the 5 year tax abatement is up, but hey I'm all about living in the now!

Yeaaaa! I've been approved for the $50,000 Excursion with a payment so large it'll take up every last cent of my paycheck.

Yeaaaa! Look at all the credit card debt I got at 21%, better get another so I can charge more!

I've been approved!
I've been approved!
I've been approved!
IT'S THE AMERICAN WAY!!!

Uuuh Ohh...$3.00 a gallon for gas! Hmmm, decisions, descisions....I need to put gas in the Ford Excursion so I can make it work and continue my paycheck to paycheck lifestyle but if I fill up the 9 mpg SUV I won't have enough money left over to feed the kids?

Bwaahaha

Amen brotha Torch... Put these Oversized pieces of crap back on the ranch/farm where they belong. Fug I'm tired of dodging these things. Least they could do is have some extra training and licensing requirements to drive these lobotomobiles...

Hehe... Three cheers for the H2, H3, and Hummer in general. Thank you Hummer for making it easy to spot the small Dick3d, overcompensating, media suckers out on the roads. Funny Stuff. LIttle guys in "BIG" trucks, it's pretty entertaining, watching em' scamper in and out of their "Rig".

Oh and lets not forget, the Fuggin Expeditions and Suburbans with the "TOW Packages" that never TOW, and the "POWER STROKE" engine to make up for their own lack of stroke... Or the "Big Block" for all them hills they have to run up and down...

Like a 4x4 in the city, it's just plain stupid. Send the Fuggin Land yachts back out to the Country, where they can actually be used for the purposes they were designed for... Remember? Work?

Ah, to dream of a day when the average American consumer had a fuggin clue... Substance folks, not fuggin Marketing hype and ego padding...

He he, reminds me of some of the idiots you would see in Tampa. LV or Coach bag, lots of 10K gold, strutting around like a queen/king... Then jumping in a fuggin POS Grand AM/Dodge Caravan. How about The fools with $60k cars living in little apartments. It's sad that folks will go to such extremes, such lengths and not even realize how transparant/foolish they look, trying so hard... If you look around out there Guys and Gals it's pretty damned easy to pick out those that are living within and outside of their means. Pretty funny sometimes.

Anyhoo, I am looking forward to fewer SUV's on the road. Will be safer for the Bike.

I never minded the Pickups, and the few SUV's you'd see out there when they were just mid size... Ya Know? Nothing bigger than an Explorer? Suburbans were fairly sparse, and you caould actually see where the hell you were going, and didn't have to worry about becoming a hood ornament for a dizzy housewife's oversized POS.

The bike stealership down the road is starting to get quite a few SUVs for sale. I wonder how much of a beating the former owners took traiding an SUV for a bike? This reminds me of the early 70s (oops, my age is showing) only then it was muscle cars instead of SUVs.

I'm starting to see MANY MORE BIKES out on the road nowadays b/c of gas prices. There are tons of dudes around my area buying Hardleys and cruisers. It's cool. It means less congestion and social-ills. But it does mean more hardley and cruiser guys thinking they can take my Busa.

Have you noticed how many bitc### driving these things have become really aggressive? They grow balls when they get in these things and specialize in cutting people off! I say melt them all down, turn them into real H1s and let the military have them!
