anyone running samco hose kits??

What are you looking at 300 $, and you can go with white

Sounds good on their website, but I have no experience with them.

what's up bro. that's why I was asking. didn't want to part with tha much coin if it isn't worth it. thinking of going with red

Partial to the blue myself. Just don't do any light colors....they'll be showing the dirt in no time. I see they didn't have any chrome...:poke::laugh:

Blue would be cool, but a lot of $$ for someting I'd only see when I was doing an oil change.
Bandit 1250, B-King, or some other form of naked bike would be a different story.

more than just an eye catcher. SamcoSport Race Hose Kits offer longer life and extreme durability at the high temperature & pressure seen on well-tuned machines.

only thing that comes to mind is "why?" personally? I think your money would be well spent on stock hoses (well provided they are only half this price) Silicone hoses are pretty but pretty much worthless on a stock setup IMHO.. (now if you had a turbo or were running hoses close to hot pipes..)

But they are pretty :)

Why do they say at their site runs cooler immediately ?????
Why would it run cooler ?
Samco is very good stuff :beerchug:

Couple possible reasons.. ID silicone hoses normally have a thinner wall construction and less "pinch" after the hose connections, you "could" see an increase in flow... also less heat soak from surrounding exhaust pipes because silicone hoses have good insulation properties..(but I am with you, a bike has a thermostat to make it run at a specific temp.. hoses going to change that? sounds more sales hype than anything) What I do not like about silicone hoses is that they tend to be more prone to cut damage from clamps etc..

Yes and need special clamps and nothing Rubbing.
Also Damaged by Oil , Have to be very carefull not to get Oil on them .
Look nice :beerchug:

I guess on a Bking it would be nice but its alittle spendy for something you don't see and really doesn't help your bike at all.
