arai or shoei ??

I've got a Shoei X-eleven and an Arai Quantum-2, both are good helmets. I prefer the Arai but that's because the sales person at MR Cycles in Asheville, NC took the time to fit it for me with the correct pads. I would probably like the Shoei as much if I would have received the same service when i bought it.

depends on the shape of your head. Arai's don't fit my head as well as Shoei.

Same here tried alot of helmets on when I was looking and never could find a Arai to fit properly but the Shoei RF-1000 that I bought fit perfectly.

My Shoe X-eleven was a bit snug, new. But they will form to your gourd w/body heat.
Ventilation is the best. One can fully partake in the aroma of the dumpster diving crowds
here in sparkling N Las Vegas.

Arai is the best, but you have to pay to play! I have a shoei rf1000(crest)and i love it!Shoei is the best bang for your buck unless your rollin like dat!

thank you but there are no store near me
do you have confident site to make order??
thank you

Definitely do not just order without fully testing the exact helmet for size and fit.
A properly fitted helmet should suit the shape of your head as well as the size to near perfection.
Both A. and S. are right there on top of the heap, but interestingly, S. makes the flip-top and A. does not.

S.'s "Multi-Tech" flips from full-face to open for times when you are steaming away in the Summer Traffic Jam. It also facilitates the use of glasses/or sunnies when taking or putting the helmet on a bit better.

A.'s and S.'s are what Racers choose. You can't go too far wrong with either. The most important procedure is to wear it for 10-20 mins to make sure your head and the helmet are made for each other, BEFORE buying. The person selling it to you should have knowledge and experience to see that you get the best lid for your head.
