Yes the paint cost me around 1000 euros...
yes it is without a clear coat and until now it has proven to be very good job with no dark or light areas....

As far as the bag...the tank bag is specialized for animals by bagster with air ventilation (in the back section of the tank bag) and with hard bottom to be like a dog house....
