I haven't checked my '08, but with the full exhaust you may not get that great mileage. The other thing is that everyone around here is selling 10% alcohol, so that's going to reduce mileage slightly too.

You never said; what kind of mileage are you getting ?

Im 6'2 186lbs and I get 35mpg on the best days.
If I ride like I prefer to, its about 28mpg

It was custom map/dyno before I got it, I have a feeling its that, or is that just the nature of this monster????

I think you just dropped your top speed 30 MPH, so if that's correct; yes your MPG will probably suffer.

I'm 275#s on an 04 with full yosh, filter and PC3. I get 46 on the hwy at 65mph. But with my heavy hand I average 26 all together.

I'm only averaging about 36mpg per tank on mine. I have been riding it pretty hard with little freeway use, though. The one mostly freeway trip I did I got about 38, but there were several stretches of 100mph+ in there. Does that sound about right?

Mine is completely stock, save for a K&N. 15k, could definitely use a TB synch.

Ok, I have the same problem with my beast, knowing what kind of animal this thing is i have some expectations. One of them is not 18-22 MPG no matter what riding style i have.

2005, sat for roughly 4 years in a garage, so it got rotted.

-Cremed tank
-full tune up,(plugs, oil change, and such)
-replaced fuel pump

Mods done to to the bike so Far.
-today K&N Air Filter
-PCIII EX(now after reading some posts not the prefered PC, but it only cost me 150 used with all the goodies) on about 2 weeks now.
-Almost stock by most standards

Only thing that i can think of is that when the last guy had it and tipped it over turning the corner he messed up a sensor somewhere. real slow tip over on the left side only scratched the nose and busted the mirror, didnt touch the peg or the can or the side fairing, really no damage. Any thoughts?

Im guessing a dyno, and let the boys at the dealership give it a shot, cant hurt and they gotta make a living too It has been running rich since day one when i got it. I can smell the extra gas when it runs.

Today, New Scorpion CF Slip-Ons From A nice Guy from Pensacola, FL(Thanks Jimmy) now reading about 18.0 MPG WTF? I think she is in need of a good go over by the boys at Suzuki City to see what the matter is. Not so much stock anymore but mostly mild mods.
