Both of my kids love looking at all of the photos of Kevin riding...David keeps saying "There's the sparks!!" when they see his knee dragging and they think Kevin's one cool guy....

Just a couple of more souls on Kevin's side

David (my 6 year old) says "I hope you feel better" Kevin :)
Sam (my 8 year old) says "I really hope you feel better" Kevin :)

I have not met anyone on the site yet, but my thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends. Its really sad when anything happens to fellow riders or friends. The org is great.

prayers continued for you and Brenda...you are an inspiration to me and many more, you have no idea how many lives you affect every day or how many of us can only hope to live up to the example you have set...whether i was on the phone ordering parts, sitting around the campfire at the Bash, or falling steadily behind trying to follow you through the Dragon, you have always been the same great guy...i am going to continue to believe for that miracle and will see you again no matter what the short term outcome turns out to be...LIVESTRONG brother :beerchug:

I've said my prayers, and I've said my piece. You are one of the good ones, and I will miss you, if your time is now. In the blink of an eye, the rest of us will be right behind you my Brother......"Love You".

Truly sad news. I am sorry I never got a chance to meet you but you and your family are in my prayers. Godspeed my friend.

Never had the chance to meet you Kevin, but I spoke with you on the phone and have ordered parts from you. Thank you so much for your kindness to a stranger. I wish I would've gotten the chance to have met you to thank you personally. I do believe in miracles, and I hope this time one comes true. Thank you, and God Bless.

another place Kevin loves to go, his backyard as he calls it. :) The Gap. These were taken in November 2006.

Here is another one from that day...Kevin was always sharing his knowledge about riding the dragon:)

I found one more picture I would like to share. This is Kevin and Brenda right after his first trip through the Dragon on his new R1 (September 2007)

amidst all the sorrow and sadness.... I think we can probably rejoice a bit at the fact that Kevin has proven we all have a purpose..

He pulled together a group of unlikely people with his outlook and beliefs.. Anyone that ever attends a "Bash" can pay an homage to Kevin as one of the guys that made it what it is..

His legacy will be one of hope and faith.. He never forced anything on anyone but was there for anyone that wanted to talk.. His witness meant more to me than any other could have.. He was facing this event square in the face when I met him some 2 years ago.. He knew that he had a bit more to finish before being called home... If it was just to touch one person, well Kevin, you did.. I would bet there are others too..

I met Kevin at Fall Bash 06 and sat in the parking lot with him and Brenda for about 30 minutes the night they arrived.. I learned more about the man in that time than I have learned about a lot of people over years..

He was open about his faith and never blinked once about what would happen when his time came.. He bore witness to me about his faith and his life beliefs in a way that left me open rather than guarded.. Such an unassuming guy bringing such a powerful message... Kevin is a rare person..

Kevin, I for one rejoice that you are going home and hope you can look down and smile on us all as we share friendships at Bash... we would all be poorer without your spirit..

Godspeed my friend, you have spread a message to us all....

Brenda, thank you for sharing with us all when you could have kept him all to yourself..
