Mr. bogus, I DONT LIKE YOU. I have the same color as your busa, I did not need to see how GOOD, that tank cover looks on the bike.

honestly the thing looks so good that I leave it on full time.. the one problem is that the ONLY bag they made in color was the Medea and it is just a bit large for day to day..

reminds me of a baseball (batting) glove (not a catching glove)

they need to figure something out better around the gas cap....other than that, they have a gorgeous product!!!!

Just take a hair dryer to the bag it will soften up and form to the tank.

PIC, I Added velco to the tank clip straps and tucked them under the tank. So they dont blow around.

no need at all... the bag falls into shape just being on the bike for a day or 2... they come packed pretty tight and so they need a day or two to relax back to shape..

I forgot to mention that the front hooks are round. You can see them in the FJR picture.

When buying gas you just unhook the back of the tank bag and swivel up. When done snap back in place.

Im sold on getting the bagster tank cover. My concern is about the bag. I have been using the Icon Urban (see pix) for several years now. This bag is so versatile with the back pack straps along with the "sling" for helmets. I dont use my helmet down there, but when I have stuff like books and paperwork with me, I can put the jacket or the pants of my aerostich roadcrafter in the sling. The sling effectively doubles the carrying capacity. its similar to tie down straps on a expedition pack.

My questions:

1. Do any of the bagster bags have the cargo capacity or a "sling"/tie down like the Icon Urban?

2. Im getting the tank cover. It looks good; plain and simple. Ive also put a few scratches on my tank and want the protection. Can I still use the magnets on the Icon Urban with the bagster tank cover? If its thick leather-ette like material will a magnetic bag hold?

Thanks!

I can only speak for the "Medea" but it is a full fledged back pack. The shoulder straps hide away in under a panel.. Let me see if I can get you a couple shots of the "backpack" part..

Ok check the slide show on page 1// expanded and as a backpack..

Looks AWESOME !!!!!

Every day, you'll get a little more used to it and a little more used to it. I had mine snugged down the first day and haven't ever found a scratch from these. I take it off when I do the plugs, every 7500, quick plexus job, back on the bike and back in action. Just got a new Design bag as a replacement for the first one....exact same one.

Love it, and yours looks great !!!! Just awesome.
