Will a regular magnetic tank bag fit still hold with the tank cover?

I have an ICON Backpack/tank bag that is far too versatile for me to let go, but I do like the tank cover.

Yes, according to Bagster's site, a magnetic tank bag is supposed to still work with the tank protector.
