How about putting the kanji/tail on a diagonal roadsign in background and add a few fading away dotted lines from the bottom of tail/road to about where it starts the kanji.
Oh and the Hayabusa.org has to go there too.

OK, I REALLY suck at photoshop, but here's my idea..
Only thing to add would be the "hayabusa.org" on the top swoop.
Then the 129 Dragon design on the front pocket.
