Alot of sites do the card verification most will give you a warning though telling you that you are about to be redirected

I typically use Tirerack.com at least twice a year......I feel safer by using the site to find what I need, then "calling" them to place the order.

I have used Verisign before but this particular request made me extra curious because I didnt have the option to not sign up for it.
