Big Red - Turbo Busa

Looks fantastic with the exception of the air filter. Can be considered pretentious!

Not trying to shiiite on ya Cecil, but have you ever considered some clear turn signals for the front?

Just saying that because the amber lens kinda takes away from the sweetness of your bike in my opinion.  Never really payed much attention to it until I started looking at your new look with the turbo.  And believe me... I'VE BEEN LOOKIN'!!

I'm kinda like stalkin' your bike.

either clear or them smoked ones.
Since these pics were taken I have installed Carbine / Smike Front turn signals.

I also secured an undertail wth carbon / smoke LED lights.

the filter says "all business" to me......plus you get to keep your motor alive a little longer.

um... daaayyyyyuuuummmmmm

looks nice

might tear the filter down just a hair, or find a lotta right turn only routes to and from places

oh yeah, if you keep that thing out there, power coat that silver to black

and the back end looks sweeettttt with no pipes

What would be the issue with cutting the 2" ext. on the flange???That filter just sticks out to far...

It would require the bike be down (obviously) again.
It would alter the circumference of the flange possibly to the normal size (currently the flange is bevelled like a velocity stack).

No "real" down side... wish I would have known about this when the bike was already down.

Ineffeciency annoys me.

You're bikes looking awesome Cecil! So how far can you lean in the turns without worry?

Just attach a puck to the bottom of your filter, it'll be fine!

Yeah...I know what you mean...Evidently the guy you purchased it from didn't give you any heads up on it either...Have you talked with him for an explanation as to why it was ext'd???Anyway the bike is still bada$$...

Believe it or not, for me the filter is one of the main reasons I'd only buy a Ghetto kit....especially with all the kits being so excellent nowdays, it only takes one small thing to sway you......tucked filter allows it to maintain the factory appearance on the left side....I really really like that feature, especially if you plan on railing with it!!
Q Cecil.....what was the deciding factory on the kit ya bought??

That is a cool ride Cecil. Looks like they could have designed it to put the intake up higher on the fairing so you wouldn't be worried about draging the filter screen.

Now all you need is a stock liter machine for a wheelie bike and you are in business!

When you get brave enough to wheelie that puppy, you be careful dude! With that turbo, throttle control will be difficult if you are up very high on the rear. You'll loop that puppy very easily!

You can hide the fliter on most kits...Down side is the possibility of restricting the air...
