Excuse My Ignorance but what is the Differance Between a "Possum" and a "RAT" ? They Look Exactly Alike. The only differance I can see is that one is Bigger.

Lots of bugs come with those buggers, I hear tell.

We have lots of hawks around here, so there aren't too many of those critters rollin' around with nothing to do!

On another note, while in Washington State a couple of days ago, I saw two Bald Eagles standing in a field. It was quite a sight. Don't see them 'cept at the zoo, here in urban SD.

well the thing has no fear.... I could whack it with a ball bat pretty easy.. I walked right up to it and it just looked at me and went about its business.... I will check on it tomorrow night at about the same time... I have hunted my whole life but we always eat what we kill... this thing looks way too "RAT" for my tastebuds....

Trap it with some cat food in a large animal trap. I bet I have caght almost fifty of those white face possums over the last ten years not including the cats,racoons and skunks. Just take it out in the country and let them go. Live and let live!

We have some possums in the back yard. With the exception of getting the dogs next door barking, they have never done any damage to my place. I have seen them eat out of the dog bowl. Mine prefer kibble n bits!

I felt bad for the guy... has been pretty cold out and not much food around.. not to mention momma probably scared the poor guy so bad screaming that he was in shock.... I am still laughing myself ...
