I WILL TRY TO MAKE THIS SHORT, I LOOKED ON THE BB.COM WEBSITE FOR A TWO BROS. FULL 4-2-1 CF CAN. THE PRICE LISTED 761.35+7.95 SHIP, I CONTACTED A SALESMAN AND QUESTIONED THE PRICE AND TOLD HIM THAT THE PRICE APPEARED TO BE SLIPONS EVEN THOUGH IT WAS LISTED UNDER "FULL SYSTEMS". HE ADVISED ME THAT HE WOULD CONTACT TWO BROS TO CONFIRM BUT THAT BB.COM IS "WORLD WIDE AND WOULD BE CHEAPER THAN OTHERS". HE CALLED ME BACK AND ADVISED THAT THE PRICE WAS CORRECT. I ORDERED AND RECEIVED A YOSHIMURA FOR A ZUK RM-250. I CONTACTED THE SALESMAN WHO ADVISED THAT THE MISTAKE WAS TWO BROS. FAULT AND WOULD SELL ME THE CORRECT PIPE FOR "DEALER PRICE". I DID NOT WANT TO BE AN A-HOLE AND THE PRICE WAS CHEAPER THAN I FOUND BEFORE. THEY CREDITED MY ACCOUNT FOR THE WRONG PIPE BUT DID NOT CREDIT THE 7.95 SHIP. I AGAIN CONTACTED THE SALESMAN WHO STATED "I WILL TAKE CARE OF IT". TWO WEEKS LATER STILL NO CREDIT FOR THE 7.95, SO I CONTACTED A SUPERVISOR AND ADVISED HER OF THE PROBLEM AND ALSO TOLD HER THE COMPLETE STORY, "TO GET IT OFF MY CHEST". SHE WAS VERY KIND AND UNDERSTANDING AND ADVISED ME THAT SHE WOULD CREDIT MY ACCOUNT FOR THE 7.95 SHIP CHARGE PLUS THE 80.10 DIFFERENCE IN PRICE OF THE PIPE IN ORDER TO MAKE THE PRICE OF THE PIPE THE ORIGINAL PRICE LISTED ON THE WEBSITE 761.35. I TOLD HER THAT AFTER THE RESPONSE OF THE SALESMAN I WAS NOT GOING TO BUY ANYTHING FROM BB.COM, BUT DUE TO HER ACTION I WOULD BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. I WAITED UNTIL THE CREDIT WAS POSTED ON MY ACCOUNT BEFORE I POSTED THIS. THE MORAL OF THIS STORY IS I LEARNED THAT I SHOULD HAVE REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR WHEN THE SALESMAN GAVE ME INFORMATION THAT I KNEW DID NOT SOUND REASONABLE.
