Billet Nitrous Manifolds!!!

Hey!!!when is someone going to make Billet aluminum nitrous manifolds for the Busa?I know that with the manifolds the Airbox will be pushed up farther under the tank which might be a clearance problem but all you would have to do is remove the foam under the tank.Damn I wish I had a machine shop!!!!!

We make the billet NOS manifolds for most bikes, but they have to have bolt on rubber boots. Some gould be made for the 'busa, but they would be quite involved, and expensive.

jay like the old carb adapters for the honda 750 .a setscrew and an o'ring.

Looks like it would move the injectors back the length of the rubber boot plus 1/2 inch. Is there room for this?

There might be enough room if the faom is removed from underneath the tank.Come on Jay,let do a little R&D!!

Hey guys been down this road there is not enough room for a spacer. if you get rid of the air box there is but I wouldn't do that.
just drill the head I did one in about 30 minutes with the head still on

I have to agree. The bottom of this intake port is just begging to be drilled and tapped.

We will do this for all 'busa heads that come in for service for a small fee.

Not quite that simple. The SRAD has rubber boots that bolt on the head. The NOS maniford is a spacer between the boot and head. The 'busa has a clamp on boot like the GS1100/1150 Suzuki.
