Bin Laden DEAD

What causes questions in my mind again is the decision to announce they buried him at sea in less than 24 hours. Why even say that? Why not just say his body is in our control and under tight wraps and guard. We are determining what to do with it. Instead you have to feed us conspiracy theorists by saying you chucked him overboard? Just doesnt make sense does it?

Yeah, it's very strange, alright. I think they said that they were "respecting Islamic burial laws", or some such BS excuse like that. - Because OBL was such a great ambassador for that religion...

Yep . My Dad lost alot of bud's in WWII . Many heroes have died to keep my country free of many , many things . Socialism is amongst them.
 
If there's one thing I've discovered over the past 24 hours, it's that the information on this event is ever changing. Also be warned that many warnings are going up about virus's associated with UBL pix and vids, so beware.

It has been reported that part of the burial was bc of the burial within 24 hour belief, that no country would take the body.

He was killed bc he was involved in a fire fight and was returning fire. I think they wanted him alive, but he decided he wasn't going to be taken alive.

I don't know if any of us will actually know the complete truth about any of this.

And yes taking over the American car industry, and nationalizing banking and healthcare, along with all the many other things like the national debt along with unemployment numbers and inflation through the roof. Don't ask for proof, I will not provide it. I buy groceries and gas; I know what inflation is. Change something we didn't expect :laugh:

If the Somalians learned from Al Qaeda how to operate and Mohammed Fara Idid (spelling?) had early warning systems in place (nothing more than a kid with a cell phone) why didnt OBL have same?
Most wanted man on earth and he stayed behind his blind 18 ft walls with no security system in place around him? No kid on a roof top with a cell, no guys with radios?
I get it they were all just sitting around watching the Washington Capitals game whistling Dixie , right?
How is it four helos completely out of the norm can fly and land unopposed?
They may have 'quiet' modes as do Apaches but that's only so you can't hear them thumping from far aways. Once within a mile or two the gig would have been up.
So they swoop in and start killing anything that moved inside the compound walls.
Ok , million dollar 'mansion' purpose built for him with no getaway, no tunnel for him to scurry into?
I'm OBL I hear helos in the distance, they get closer, then really close and loud and I say to my wife 'hon be a dear and check the back yard I hear something'.

Let's all just sit here in the blind and wait to be discovered and shot?

All good points, Blanca.

I would point out that there is a military academy very close by, and that part of town is also supposedly where a lot of senior army officers live, so perhaps the sound of helicopters/gunfire is not unusual there? Perhaps, too, OBL had been there for a long time and thought he was safe? Perhaps he just didn't care anymore? I don't know.

What I do know is that there are a lot of unanswered questions about this whole thing. I refuse to believe that real-time footage of it doesn't exist, so I think it is incumbent on the US Govt. to release that footage, edited to protect identities, of course.
 
Rainbow7 they have already confirmed that the white house and cabinet as well key folks were in the 'war room' watching a live feed. Also they have confirmed the CIA in Langley had total live feed and audio as well. There is beyond a shadow of a doubt complete video of whatever happened.

That;s what I was talking about. I read from some news source that he used a woman, maybe his wife as a shield and was involved in the fire fight. I took that to mean he was firing on the team, and that would have been expected.
 
to watch the pundits on msnbc, you would think obama himself singlehandedly snuck into the compound with a knife in his teeth and bandana around his forehead and killed obl by himself. lots of asskissing taking place.

Yes they are saying that but I wouldn't put it past our govt to try to shame OBL to his peers by saying he used a woman as a shield.
