Bleed the brakes this weekend and after a short ride I have very slight weep around the thread's, after searching the forum the proplem is I have overtighten the niple, I used a very small spanner to bleed the brakes so not convinced, I have used brake cleaner on the threads/niple again and will re test tonight, if it is leaking what are my options
PTFE on the threads
Locktight
I'm so pissed off and I know I should have used a torque wrench,
Please advise

Teflon tape is about your only shot. I never use a torque wrench on those either.

Just tighten it by hand a little more.
I am a firm beliver in torque wrenches...but, I can tell you from years of personal experience, that often times, low torque fasteners can need a little more than the torque requirement to seal.
I have especially noticed this on bleeder screws, so much so that I hand tighten them all anymore.
I grip the wrench or quarter inch ratchet directly over the fastener too, to avoid extra leverage.
If you have already over tightened it to the point that it will not get tight, then teflon tape or loctite may work...but will just be a temporary bandaid.
You would then have to tap to a larger bleeder thread size...or just replace the damaged caliper or master cylinder.
But, for now, tighten them up and let us know how it goes.

I was thinking about undoing them again and re tightening them, strange how they are both leaking as the spanner I used is only 2inches long so I couldn't have applied that much pressure

Update
Torqued up the niple, it did not move so brake cleaner and paper towel to make it as spotless as possible.
Just got home from a 15 mile run , mostly around town and all seems good.
Should I cable tie the brake lever to the handle bar to pressure rise the system overnight ? Good, bad idea.
Is it possible the brake fluid was sitting just above the convex part of the niple on the lower threads which I could not wipe and after the 1st ride it had made its way up the threads
