Sorry to bring this back from the dead, but I was searching on bleeding procedures and found this.
The Speedbleeders work great. I installed them on the front today along with new lines, rotors and pads. They will not work unless you prime the lines first either by gravity feeding the lines, or using pressure. There has to be some fluid in the lines otherwise the checkvalve won't open and close. I used vacuum on mine to pull fluid from the reservoir. I hooked up a mity vac and pulled some fluid down into the lines. The bleeders need to be opened about 1/4 to 1/2 turn, hook up a hose that flows into a bucket then just squeeze and release the lever. No need to open and close the bleeder, just squeeze and release. First the air bubbles come out in bursts, then a straight stream of fluid. Close the bleeders and your done.
The sizes that fit the Busa are as follows:
Front and rear calipers: 7m x 1.0 P/N SB7100S. You need 3 total for these ones.
Clutch: M8 x 1.25 P/N SB8125L
I won mine in th Galfer GB and they work wonderfully.
