BMW K1200S

I lusted after a R75 BMW in the 70's--nice ride.
This new one is cool too..just not for me---Hope i run into one this year---May i Humble the rider if i am so fortunate.

BHP is at the crank, plus with shaft drive there is less HP at the rear wheel than with chain drive. Busa BHP is about 190 and the BMW is 35 to 37 Lbs. heavier.

Turbo-T...  I was thinking the same thing regarding colors, but it's the Blue N White that I love... It reminds me of the old BMW M-1's   Dunno why exactly.  I also dig black frames...  Go figure...

From the side the blue/white doesn't look too bad but that white nose piece throws things out of proportion for me. Makes it look bulbous and top heavy from a head on view.

The yellow/black really clicks with me, especially the wheels, but what's with that silver front fender?

I was just looking at the color choices and it seems the specs list less colors than what's shown in the gallery. The white model looks good and the flat black looks wicked but they're not listed in the specs.

Any way you look at it though the aftermarket muffler companies are going to make a fortune off that model!

Hmmm, Now that you mention it... I can see what your saying... Of Course all Black would be my first choice... We'll see. If nothing else having the factory plastics sprayed a single solid color shouldn't cost too much...
