i've also got a great pair of Vertigo's...if you decide to go with the Sidi's, contact GSXTacy, he has a hookup with his local dealer who has cut us some excellent deals
thanks. i just got a coupon for 20% from rosenau, so i was thinking of going with the new Sidi Vortice. since i posted this i've talked to a couple guys who regret not getting a full boot with braces cuz they got there ankles all twisted up because of azz's that don't pay attention when driving. fortunately they can walk, but it still ain't pretty.

I have Icon Field Armor, Fieldsheer and Sidi Air Vertigo Corsas. Did a lot of research on the Corsas before buying and they are one of the best safety purchases I have made to date.
I wear them so much I am considering seliing off the others and buying a second pair. Trouble with this stuff is they already have another new model out
What i liked the most was the anti torsion system to prevent you from mangling your ankle in a crash. At the time I couldnt find another brand with that, although a number of manaufacturers have stepped up their game.

+1 a bit large in the toe and it does take some getting use to, but a great boot for the price. make sure you get the next size up for correct fit trust me!
I agree and I did talk to GSXtacy and he put me in contact with his people and they couldn't even get the right info for me on the boot I was looking for.....I told them repeatedly VORTICE, and they kept saying yeah we can get the Vertigo's in 10 days. Did some checking around and my local shop isn't lying, big back-order. Not to mention GSX's guy gets them from the same spot my guy does.......and price, Yeah.....$390
Plus one on the Sidi Vertigo Corsa if they fit your feet.protection and comfort are the name of the game whether you are cruising or pushing it.
