I just stumbled across the caliper rebuild sticky and noted that the seals have to go in a certain way. Which i didnt know. SO im gonna tear them all down again and re do them and put the seals in the right way LOLthats what i get for getting in a hurry

What do you mean "a certain way"?

I did that and only the center pistons are moving

Stick the edge of the pad so that it is blocking the center piston, and pull the lever again - the other two will move.

According to the sticky the orings have a slight taper. The taper is supposed to go down when you install them.
