very cool that they are backing there product and hooking you up. just when i thought thread locker was the cure all but not in this case.

Not sure what it looks like but would a trip to Ace Hardware have worked in an emergency? Not in the middle of the night of course, but to try and get all-thread and a few couplings, etc... they have an excellent selection of widgets and metric stuff.
