I AM STRONG. Just had to vent bout it cuz every DANG time I think things might be lookin up.......I'm forced back to reality. God's keepin me alive for a reason so i'll keep pushin on & find out someday.

ok man, weve never met dude but since we are both orgsters its all family right..so here it is.....NO ONE and I mean NO ONE or nothing is worth quitting on yourself and abandoning hope and happiness and when I mean no one I mean no one....not your wife girlfriend hell parents ....who ever...not even losing your job bieng homeless anything....we go up then we go down...circle of life....youve got one life live it to the fullest even in the bad times...look out for yourself first, then evryone or everything else, stay sane and be glad that you are breathing..even to be in a bad situation.....its all good and the beauty of life...and keep on venting....we all listen....get on your bike and smile...evryday is a good day....if my wife , parents or all my friends went away...if i went bankrupt....if i was the only one in the world left....who cares ...im alive right...that should put a smile in your face.....dont let anything bring you down man, after all in 50 or somewhat years we are all dust so dont let it ruin ya...savor everyday...after all there are many busas out there
Dude that settles it man I'm gonna be in PA in november and I'll make the trip to see ya I'll extend my vacation to make sure we get some time to hang out man. Not gonna have the busa but I'll work it out long as your down I am. .

ANNNND, to top it all off. Just found out my blood pressure is pretty high. I'm gonna have to get a doctor appointment & get that under control. I'm havin anxiety about that now too.......I may have to go on zoloft or somethin......I stress about things ALOT so i'm sure thats not helpin my BP situation......... dang it, when will I catch a break.

right before you are ready to lose it seems to always be the case man just hang in there dude. If it makes you feel any better I can relate to the high blood pressure. I mean really relate man i think they call it hypertension or something. .
sounds like you need a script for some medical herb to calm you down .

When done I feel great.
Ready to go home and tackle the Adam monster !
When was the last time you took a mental walk in a nice park ?
Walking in the woods is one of the best things I do to lower BP .
Drs have written me scripts for all , I smoked as a teen .
Now just high on life as best as I can and get outside as much as poss.
The wider the surroundings the better I feel .
I can't tolerate much in the way of drugs these days natural or processed .

Dave is my name it's in my sig line(see cookies thread regarding names lol) I'm 34 and thats when I found out it's my own fault between work and bills and what not I stress waaaayyyy to much. I'm trying to destress and come july I'll start that's when my first of several vacations is a comin. But I guess it is what it is not takin any medication just trying to relax. It's funny only because you want a woman and I just lost one, I think my blood pressure dropped a little right after that
