It's nice to have a removable baffle because Brock's aren't loud enough...

Yeah it is,I've had it out a few times and is definitely obnoxious(not to me,I like it)on the street,almost(almost)felt sorry for the cagers I pulled up next to while waiting on a light.

Is the baffle difficult to remove? I might be tempted to experience it myself..

It's in there pretty snug(mine was anyway),had to pull the can and tap it out from the bottom using a long screwdriver(or hammer handle,etc.).I cut the end off and fancied it up so as to give it a more finished look,then ended up buying another baffle(think it was $200)'cause it was so damned loud.
