Oh and the video is 7 mins long but everything happens in the first 30 sec.

Looks to me like the 16's performed extremely well. They held like glue until the lean angle reached the hard parts. Slow it up and you'll see the never let go until the sparkes began to fly and lifted the rear tire off the pavement.

BTO 16 is a GREAT street tire and a Good everyday track tire. :beerchug:

The rider was counter leaning his bike. I was waiting for him to poke his foot out like he was on a motard.

For some reason, I can't see the vid... but the 016 is a great tire! MUST have been rider error.

guy that posted the vid says front washed out then scraped hard parts. doesnt look like that from here.???

so many things wrong with that crash.... least of all the tires. Sounds like he had to blame something for his poor choices.
Have to give the rider a FAIL on this one. :disagree:

I think he just wasnt set up for the turn. He just passed a car and his buddy then has to hang it hard left.

btw we had a guy crash here a few years ago and blamed the chain lube ...

Oh Yeah! Rubber all the way! Lamb blames bridgestone, Pirelli, Michelin, Shinko, Avon, Trojan, whoever it takes to rationalize the rider in this video.
