Buell peg mod or Rearsets?

+1, I have the Vortex too.
Mine are adjusted all the way up, this of coursegets your knees higher, and in turn your upper leg is straighter out.
I find it more comfortable, but that's just a personal preference

Yea with factory pegs my legs are almost straight. I really almost feel as if I'm crouching. I rode over a 100 miles the other day and when I finally stopped my feet were killing me from there being so much pressure.

Don't worry...You won't be upset. Those things will be slick as butter without the rubber on them..not to mention that it will look like crap.

I went and took the rubber off and I must say that it was a big difference. You're right they are a bit of an eye sore. If I was at home and had access to some REAL tools I could probably make them work out pretty good.

I put the Cycle Pirates 360 pegs on today and I must say that I love them. Still got a lil bit of adjusting to do but nothing real bad. These things are awesome. Money well spent.

Damn Right! ...and adjust in no time. Gotta track day, unscrew one screw, pivot arm to higher position, insert screw. Concerned about the shift lever being too far away, get the adjustable shift and brake levers. EASY Peasy....and they are folding!

6' 7 here, no problem with feet just my upper thighs are sore after a few hundred mile ride early in the season. I like how the Buell Peg Mod feels sitting still I am just worried about the clearence when leaned over into aggresive turns :dunno:

Thanks

Here ya go man. It's not a good pic. I'll try to get one in better light soon. I actually just ordered the 80mm pegs. Gonna cut drill and tap my passenger pegs to put these there.

One was looks and adjustability. The other was the simple fact I could walk into my local parts house and order them. I tried and tried to get in touch with the guys that said they made them but never could.

Vario pegs from Twisted Throttle, heli-bars and Genmar .75 riser will make you bike a completely different ride.

How do you find the cable length when "stacking" the Helibars and Genmar riser in combination.

Like a lot of you guys, I'm 6'2"...all arms and legs.

I like the Cycle Pirate 360 mounts as well.

Hmmmm..
