Hey Capt, curious if you could make a red one with a first aid cross with my name on the front then the ICE on the back? I'm thinking I'll have one hooked to either my boots or jacket and would like it to stand out if I'm separated from the bike

Can you please list which info your ICE info would contain other than what I would assume.
Also good idea to put org username on them so when wearer is found passed out at bash he can be rolled and dumped into correct room...

+1 user name on front with the bike and hayabusa.org, ICE info on back. I'm in but it would be worth extra to me for the extra print, say ten bucks or so.
Im down for the ICE tag with the user name and all (if done...Wouldd be sweet, pm if available!

Hey Brian here is what I am doing for my father and myself...
I have the dogtags and also small aluminum pieces that are about the same size as a business card. I am going to put something to the effect of see my wallet for the larger aluminum piece that will have all of my ICE information and my medical history or anything I deem pertinent. I think one side of the card I am going to put hayabusa text and a kanji, my name, contact and all the details on the back...

Can I suggest that we add allergies, DOB, blood type and Lenses to the ICE information? Dont know if that would all fit but is relevant should someone actually need to look at your ICE info. DOB perhaps can stay off to save room, that would be on anyone's DL.

Add .org after the Hayabusa. Maybe in smaller print then the word Hayabusa. So the Busa word stand out.

Yep, what I will do is format whatever someone sends me.. If you want allergies and, DOB or whatever and I can put it on there...
