hmm... I've tried ordering from them once... a Scorpio alarm.... they didn't have it, so they called me the next day to let me know... and offered me several options... I talked to a guy.. dont recall his name, but he was really nice... I personally thought their customer service was pretty good...

I HATE poor customer service, I had a simular problem ordering a lift kit for my old truck, a few years ago from Truckperformance.com, It was their mistake, and it took them 3 and 1/2 weeks, of my calling EVERYDAY to finnally refund my money. I was REALLY pissed off at them, and will never order from them again.

Don't ya love when you feel so valued as a customer? lol

Well I got my money back so all is well. Just sucks for me because I really liked ordering from there. But a mans gotta have principles sometimes ya know?

Same here dude......I been ordering from them for 2 years and LOVED the help the guys gave me on the phone. Until I talked to this supervisor lady I ordered EVERYTHING from this company. I mean from riding gear to oils and maintenance products.

lol......it's alright man. I get a little short with peoples stupidity ya know? I mean what kind of question was that? "What can I do for you sir.....I mean what would you like me to do about this?" I was almost gonna be like well I'd like you to take a flying FU#K but I will settle for the money you promised me last week! lol. But I refrained

I am shocked to man. This was my first even remotely bad experience in 2 years. But lemme tell ya this lady made the first and only time so good it made up for two years of excellence.
