Dont buy from Full Throttle Motorsports, INC

I'm trying to get my problems sorted out....I spoke to Greg about all the money I spent repairing a brand new bike....I'm still under 3000m & have been having identifiable failures at 500m....in fact i had a failure the first time i rode the bike...i think i havs an org post pics at 17m...he asked me for some pictures of the kit & he claims he has documents supporting all the parts I bought to repair....in think my first messed up breakdown was at 1200 miles.....what he doesn't have is docs stating the cost of repairs by shop & freight & customs charges of the parts.....

He claims to agree on all the signs of upcoming failure & agrees that my situation wasn't given proper attention....he also said,

" this looks like a situation where somebody messed your stuff up while assembling at FTM & is trying to sweep it under the rug for some reason."

All the money I spent for my bike

Identifying that it was all wrong out of FTM

Out of my pocket, all the repair costs

Under 3000m first failure identified at 17m.

Could have paid attention to my problems & avoid my situation at 500m.

All I am is a customer who spent his hard earned money on a hayabusa from FTM....

Now I'm f@&36@&$$$

I hope FTM finds a resolution

Me too buddy I talked to a great guy over there his name is Greg ask for him he should get you the right person or people to talk to at FTM he is the one that brought me my chain and did everything he could to make it right by me.

OK, maybe im the only one thinking this. If this is a company that specializes in fat tire kits. Should they pretty much know what need to go with the kit? Hell the customer knew that that chain wasnt going to work and was out a few more days waiting on the correct stuff. How does this happen? Why does it take being called out on a forum to get a response from a company? This should have been resolved alot faster IMO.
