Jack,

I got my bike registered,.....i have 2 problems.

1. first time i took a ride on the road...my right side muffler tip fell off.
2. stopped to tension the chain & realised the tension bolt is broken in the swinarg on the left side.

i'm going to carry the bike to a machine shop to see if they could extract the bolt.

the muffler tip apparaentlt was not tightened properly in your shop...i hope we could work together to get it replaced.

has my items left yet? i'd like to have the muffler tip included.

Busa King Builder there is at least 1 person glad you registered to reply and address the problem  Hope you two can figure out the problem and work out the problem:thumbsup:

Thank you for the information, Jason. We will work on putting everything together on our end to see what is possible. Do you have an available time to call our store and speak with Greg in person?

It's seems like this effort is taken to be too little too late, but it is nice to see a company start to have customer service, and attention to complaints within the org.

Busaking builder...you have my phone number & my email address...where's my help? You have all my problem history....my replacement parts money...2 years after all my problems....calling....emailing...I'm tired.....broke....frustrated.....jack....summers....John.....Michelle.....now to go through this again with you or Greg? How much must I take? Did u see the posts with the email & pics? It was also posted on the org at the time.

Jack has not worked for Full Throttle Motorsports since early 2010. Also, I'm not sure which John you are referring to.

It sounds like you would prefer we call you on the matter instead of you calling us. If it is okay, you would like for us to call you on your business number tomorrow?
Greg has been made aware of the situation, you need not explain yourself unless you wish to go more in-depth, or if you feel you need to fill him in on any particulars, but he and I are working together now to make sure we can speak in person with you.
However, I was not aware our business accepted money for a replacement part, if that is what you are alluding to. If that is the case, we will check our records on this specific matter, but you may need to discuss that with him, at least.

You were upset at the time. You made a BAD statement. $30g's is a lot of money. We all have been upset at one point or another and made a statement out of anger. Apology excepted bro. Let's all try to help with fixing the issue of the bike.

I agree, akamorpheus.
I'm sorry we contributed to Jason feeling so impassioned in this way, but I understand in the heat of the moment, we say things we don't necessarily mean.

At any rate, today you should have received a call from Greg, Jason. Feel free to let me know how that went or if there are any follow up actions still yet to take.

I'm trying to get my problems sorted out....I spoke to Greg about all the money I spent repairing a brand new bike....I'm still under 3000m & have been having identifiable failures at 500m....in fact i had a failure the first time i rode the bike...i think i havs an org post pics at 17m...he asked me for some pictures of the kit & he claims he has documents supporting all the parts I bought to repair....in think my first messed up breakdown was at 1200 miles.....what he doesn't have is docs stating the cost of repairs by shop & freight & customs charges of the parts.....
