I know I will probably build a seperate garage/shop in the back so it can be used for just me. Ahhhhh the possibilities.......

Dude better be careful though man... Looks like it's already infested with an Ankle-biter... I have heard those are difficult to control and tend to multiply...

So, Rich... Tell me, is this a fairly typical Cali Home? I mean from a design standpoint? I like it, Stucco is a good choice, Tiled roof is a bonus, three car garage... Looks like your good to go.

Congratulations!!!!

Congrats Rich, I too will be purchasing my first home soon and the garage is a must to protect my baby. Congrats again and to God be the glory.

That is the typical home in a typical development in Cali. The only difference you will find is the lot size and the distance between each home. Smaller home's would have a two-car garage or a three-car tandem that would delete a bedroom, but many larger homes come with a four-car garage.

Look's nice Rich.

Very Nice! I like it a lot! I really like the kitchen. The only thing I would recommend is you guys should really add some cool jets to the garden tub. I did that to my tub and its so relaxing and it works wonders if you have back problems or you just want a massage. Good luck with your home! it looks awesome! I'm sure your family and your BUSA will be very happy. Congratulations!

Oh Rich and Big DAWG.... Guys, Owning your own home kicks ass, but lemme tell ya... Your signing up for some of the most bizarre stress you've ever felt... I mean it took me about a year or so not to panic everytime something came up... A little crack in the Stucco or whatever... allways freaked me out... Oh and home ownership is a crap load of work... But it's all good...

Congrats man, your going to love it. Just don't forget the Bottle Of Wine, Some Sea Salt and A Loaf of bread the first time you and the Wife walk through the door together while moving in... Old Superstition....

Ya that is probably how I am going to be. It took like 4 hours to do the walk through and I found around 3 pages of stuff total to fix. Most of it was little touch up stuff on the walls (does'nt matter we are repainting all of it anyways).

Ya it is a typical track home out here in Ca. We went through and looked at all of the other developments in the community (1300-1400 are projected right now) and we have the biggest model available. On our homes (US HOMES) there is pretty good distance between the houses. On my lot I have a enough room to put a car on each side of the house and do my neighbors. So there is 2 car widths between my house and the neighbors. The rest of the 1300 homes that are going up at the moment are alot closer though. Out of all of the looking that I have been doing I have not seen any of the 4 car garages. I wish that was available in some of the areas that we looked.
