C12 Crank Sensor

I have a 2004 Busa and it's coding C12. I changed the alternator and sensor together, but its still calling for the same code. Also the computer won't start my 2002 Busa I used it on the 2002 before and right after it started showing C12 on the 2004. I'm not sure if I messed the computer up by using it on the 2002. I think that considering the 2002 is a turbo bike.

Yes are in the connector and I closed in on the pins to make a tighter connection. I may have broken wires. I'm now seeing where mice have been chewing on wires.
