The market is very HOT here and to find what you want is very difficult. We have been looking for over a year. With this condo, after a year, I'll be able to buy 10 busas.

And just for your info two condos the same size but one with a parking spot will cost 30G more.

Did you know that in Manhattan a parking spot can cost anywhere between 250 to 600/month in US money!

And I'll never give you my bike, I'd be afraid that you paint it SMURF BLUE! (that was cheap - I don't agree with what I just wrote but it should make you emotional)

Also if you look at my location, I'm in Jersey City the armpit of NYC. And the real estate boom has just started. And this is the sacrifice I am doing to make a skitload of dough. Maybe the market is going to crash but very unlikely.

just one more thing to say I admire the way you write

I see also that you like to insult people, and often they deserve it because they are A LOT of stupid people on this earth.
I think that you might also write this way to give yourself a style. Ans sometime I don't. You really mean it.
In my case I think you really mean it.
If that is the case I would have found my first enemy and it would have been on the internet. On a busa site. Go figure.
Maybe it's my fault, I made some bad comments directed to you just for the fun of it but it seens that in your world you are the only one who can insult another one, for fun or just because he deserves it.

Hmmm, maybe sell the Busa, wait for a while and get an equity loan and buy another and write off the interest.

The housing market is NOT likely to drop for a long time. And if you're in Jersey City I would imagine there's limited space, so demand will be higher than supply. Get in now.

I'm downtown JC right by the Hudson river. I can see Manhattan from my balcony. I used to see the WTC.

When something nice shows up on the market it goes very quickly for the asking price and often higher
