Can't get enough Busa

I'm not sure what it is... I have been riding her for a few years now and everytime I go for a ride I love her more. I guess it's not what I was expecting. With my previous bikes I found that I would grow tired of them after a while and want something different, not just faster or more stylish just different. I really think that the Busa is the perfect bike for me. She's just so smooth that you don't want to stop riding. I do have to say that the New Image seat, lowered pegs, and raised bars make has made her that much better. I wonder if Suzuki had any idea that they were designing such a great all around bike?

Sure I still would like to have a few of the other bikes on the market, who wouldn't? I just don't think that I could ever part with my Busa.

I know, it's a wierd post but I had to share my enthusiasm with some other folks who would understand.

I like my Busa but it I don't find it all that comfortable, even with the Tobin seat, Buell pegs and raised bars.

I've just put a deposit down on a new VFR, which I find much more comfortable.

I'm enjoying mine as well. Still very smooth even with almost 85,000 miles on her. Whenever I go for a ride, I wish it's a 20 hour ride.

I had similar ideas with my two previous Busa's and like a fool traded for expensive exotic bikes, which at the time I thought, yes this is good, however as soon as the novelty wore off I found myself (again)craving for THE Hayabusa.

I'm now on the third and boy is this a keeper, I may own other bikes but never part with my Busa.
I'll ride it until I die and if a day dawns when I can no longer ride, I'll put her on a plinth in the house and just admire Her and think of the days of High Adventure.

You never know what you've got until its gone.

You do that too?!?! lol I know the feeling. I just parted with my modded 04 R1 and started going through withdrawl when it was going down the road away from me so a coworker told me his friend had an 07 Busa for sale, so I bought it. NEVER going to another bike, might buy others but will never part with my Hayabusa. I'm extremely surprised how perfectly balanced the bike is, I know it's alot heavier but it feels more nimble than my other bikes. Gobs of torque whenever you want it and power as well. Very happy I finally bought one, it's a bike i've always wanted and now i've got one thankfully

I was like that for about 3 years. Then my eye was drawn to another. I like all types of motorcycles and that becomes an issue when some cool new scoots get released. Now I have no bike and am fine with that.

I know wat u mean brother...Its like I'm voltron when I get on my 09 its like we become one it is so smooth but with the power commander and brocks alien head has the power of a drag bike. No other bike even turn my head when I see them going down the road if its not a busa they just look uncool!!
