Effing love Menudo. Had some at Loyola's in our area the week before Christmas and it was as good as any I've ever had.

Good stuff, I miss the little Mex joint that was a few miles away. That lady made the best Birra ever, served it as a soup with diced onion and cilantro. Few things I liked better, no one else's is even in the same league.

Concerning Menudo: If you have a latino/mexican grocery store in your area try the canned "Rogelio Bueno" brand. It is as good as any restaurant variety and all you have to do is get some diced onions, lemon, oregano and warm tortillas to do it yourself.
