Chain and sprocket kit , what to get

I just got this as part of my winter mods. I went -1 on the rear sprocket and it took forever and a day to get the rear sprocket - waited 10 months until it finally arrived. Generally plan chain-sprocket changes at about 30k of use & put 30k on the Gen3 in the last two year so it's time for some preventative maintenance.

Can I ask an off topic question? With that many miles have you had the vales checked? If so were any out of spec? Thanks!
