Chain clearance - upstairs!

Hello mates,

Sorry for being a pathetic ignorant without mechanical DIY skills, but I am going to ask (again) a dumb question:

Is the position of the chain worrying, the bike being parked w/ 1st gear?

Perhaps it wouldn't touch the swingarm's cover when riding, but I can't inspect it by then, can I?

Perhaps it ain't owt...

It's resting where it should be, that is a chain slider it's resting on.

When you sit on the bike, the chain will come off that slider...it seldom contacts when you are riding.
