Dang!! a band saw!! never thought of that!!!

I did use a vice for the bends, but I used my dremel tool for cuting. actualyl was able to follow the lines fairly well..

Unlike when I was a kid lol

you can get a bandsaw at sears for about $80 not bad either. if you started making and selling, it would be a wise investment. could also get a small drill press for about the same. You could sell one kit and make enough to pay for your bandsaw.

Thanks for the advice on the bandsaw, I have just about every other tool but no bandsaw, but I can see how that would make it easier.... I will have to check into that..

Relocator looks great. Unfortunately, I just paid 130+ on EBay.......

Wish I would have looked a little harder at making one - oh well, I probably would have hurt myself anyway...

Actually I am going to make another and put it up on ebay and see what it sells for. If I can sell them for a decent price I will probably keep making them.. Not sure what I consider a decent price, but I am thinking if I get $50.00 plus shipping for one that will probably be worth my time and materials. If I dont get $50.00 for it.. oh well. move on to something else
