nice gear, let us know how you like the new HJC, is it quiet? I an thinking about getting one when I replace my lid.

I have only rode with it for about 40 miles...

its louder than my RF900 shoei but way lighter. i wear ear plugs so it dosent bother me any.

the field of vision is greater and its very comfy

so far i like it but one thing i have noticed is sometimes when you take it off one of the cheek pads unsnaps. the pad dosent snap in real tight on one of the plastic tabs but other than that so far so good

I have the same pants, you will find them very comfortable to wear. Only time they are not is if it gets 90+ degrees, gets a little soggy in the butt area.

 If I get a textile jacket, I will probably get the Fuel to match- like the fact that it has leather in all the key areas.
I like the fuel jacket and yes, the leather over-lays seem to give good protection....its got a nice liner in it to for the cooler days and works well with the fuel pants....

your right a guy can never have enough gear

I think im set for just about any conditions for riding plus i have a couple of close friends who i will let ride one of my bikes so its always nice to have some extra gear
