choke left on..anyone else ever do this?

I readajusted mine so when i do use it it works like a cruise control and will hold my bike at speed...up to 70 mph in 6th gear..... for all of you that have been buying cruise controls and stuff, naner naner....LOL...just tighten up the cable slack and slightly bend the return stop then whala you have about 0-5400 rpm cruise whenever you want it

I've got a rubber O-ring that rests on the throttle side bar end. I simply slip it into the space between the throttle and the bar end when I want "cruise control" and wherever I set the throttle, it holds it there. 50 cent cruise control baby, no bending or tweaking of cables required.:beerchug:

What you left on was only a high idle switch. Fuel injection has no choke, just carbs. Shifting felt weird because the revs were forced higher than usual when the clutch was engaged. No harm no foul.

Fuel injection does not have CARBS...throttle bodies

I already knew that(I'm was a mechanic at one time, lol) I was just refering to it as a choke so everyone would know what I was refering to. I dont know why they didnt just use a fast idle solenoid or something similiar on these things in the first place...would save me from feeling like an idiot, lol.
Anyway, glad to see I'm not the only one thats guilty of doing this.:beerchug:

LOL, I thought I already cleared that up about 7 or 8 posts ago...just in case, heres the original explaination.
