Thanks for the likes! I replaced the subframe with a steel one I bought here because I was paranoid. I weighed the full boxes and dry bag ( which held tent, sleeping bag, etc.), and came up with 83 lbs. Bike handled and ran great for the 1400 mile round trip. Weather sucked for half the days but I guess that’s the risk you take. Incredible roads down in the Ozarks, but rain stymied most of the exploration we wanted to do.
