Okay,

So i'm trying to figure out what exactly to get my hubby for a christmas. He has a Hayabusa for a little while and I would like to get something for that.. Does anyone have any ideas??? Please Keep it simple I'm not trying to buy a new bike! lol.. Thanks for your help!
 
What is he in too, The performance part or the looks part. and how much are we talking about spending.

Tell us a little more about the Busa. What year? Do you know what me may have already done to it?
 
Does he race it, or just ride it around? If he races, what kind of racing? What year and color? Does it have chrome stuff on it? If you could post a pic, that would help us give you some suggestions. You can get him something cool within your budget I'm sure.
 
That is really a tuff one, As much as I would love for my wife to buy something for my bike I think I would rather pick it out myself.

I was thinking Dubble Bubble Windscreen, But he may like the look of the stock one and not care about the wind resistance

Is there anything he has mentioned he might like to do to it.
 
I am not sure what to get him, maybe some new hayabusa riding gear, newenough has textile jackets on closeout, but I must say its very cool for you to sign up here and ask around to get him some riding stuff:bowdown::bowdown:, very cool wife and good luck on your journey, If you cant figure out what to get it as its getting really close to x-mas, a gift card to your local zuki dealership is always nice to have, or to a on-line store
 
Can you post a picture of it? It would help with appearance mods. For the price you listed levers would be a nice touch. You can even get them engraved with his name or unit and welcome to the oRg!

i really cant say too much because he has an account here.. and i'm trying to keep it a secret..

if i can send it to you personaly i will but if not i cant.. but the bike is a 06 and it's white.. there isn't much chrome on it but the muffler..
 
if you wanna get him something bike related, then get him some new gear (gloves, jacket, something like that) you dont wanna spend the money on mods or parts for his bike if you already dont know whats on his wish list. you dont wanna get him something that wont work right or that he isnt in to. and if you do get gear, stick to neutral colors (black, white) so that it will always go with whatever color bike he rides in the future.

In that case, we will keep throwing up ideas and you can run with it.
 
You could always get him a gift certificate to a bike shop or website. There are several vendors here that have some tasty bits within your budget....
 
Yeah, levers, like Twotone suggests (they come in many different color combinations).

Tires? perhaps a gift certificate to a bike shop so he can pick out something? Or to Newenough.com? Lots of stuff to choose from there...
 
This is exactly why my beloved has an exhaustive list of things I want for my bike. From grips to a turbo......:laugh:
 
Maybe someone with a White 06 with some mods could post up a pic, Maybe she will see something he might like.
 
do not get tires. that is maintenance. how would you feel if he gave you an oil change, or something like that for a present. lots of good ideas here, but you've only got a few days so you better make it quick:whistle:
