Do they make BLACK frame covers?
I like the black frame and swingarm look the best, but unfortunatly I have the standard silver frame.

Check out the chrome fx web cite they make them in Chrome, Carbon Fiber, painted in a Gloss black, or a paintable finish so you can paint them whatever color you want.

Covers are a great way to go because as thepushercg said you can always go back to original. Super Street Bike magazine used them on their project zx-14 and they looked great. I saw some chrome ones in person 2 weeks ago on a fat tire busa and they looked great.

Im not a fan of CF but im thinking the CF frame covers with CF inners would look hot!

Go with the covers dude. We had a group buy a couple years ago which was conducted by me-self (hehehe). We got a good deal plus free shipping if I remember correctly.
