CLOCKING A BUS

Do your own service, oil change,nuts/bolts tighten to spec, keep all recipts for the oil and filter you bought and keep a repair/gas log book and input the date and time for all oil change, maintance for your bike and keep a folder for the bike and any new thing you buy for the bike save the recipt in the folder, makes for a neat package for the next owner if you decide to sell the bike.As far as warranty I don't think it would void the warranty if you did it yourself or had a shop out side of Suzuki do it.My2cents

If you ask the driver they will hand you a schedule.

If it is a school bus ask FC he is usually found at the cross walk.

Go as fast as you can and see what it shows on the ticket. Ask the officer for proof of when his radar was last calibrated.

NO, STRAIGHT UP, I TOOK THE BIKE AROUND EUROPE AND DONE A FEW MORE MILES THAN I THOUGHT I WOULD, NOW THE BIKE SHOWS 8,500 MILES, SO I MISSED THE 7,500 MILE SERVICE, NOW SUZUKI SAY THE WARRANTY WILL NOT BE VALID EVEN IF I GET IT SERVICED NOW.

Buy a new speedo tach unit or find a good one from a wrecked bike. Place a want ad on the general discussion board.

Ask 99tlr as he is our resident speedo man, he may know better than most.

BOTH THE SHOP AND SUZUKI TOLD ME THE SAME THING, WHICH IS A PAIN, BECAUSE IN BLIGHTY WE GET 2 YEARS UNLIMITED MILEAGE WARRANTY IF WE KEEP UP THE SERVICES, IT COULD ALSO AFFECT ME IF SUZUKI DO A RECALL.
